Heather was fantastic. She spends several weeks with us trying to find the perfect cabin in our price range. She helped us with local knowledge which was important since we did not live in the area. Heather was prompt in her responses and very helpful in navigating us through the entire process. We are very happy with Heather and will definitely work with her again. Heather was able to send me different homes to look at on the web after deciding on the kind of cabin. Then was able to me were with her and she showed me many different cabins. We also showed the city that I would be living, she showed many restaurants hospitals schools in many fun things to do.

We put our cabin on the market during a very uncertain time when the economy was slowing and mortgage rates really took off. Considering all that was going on, Linda kept working hard to get feedback from potential buyers and was able to get the property sold. Took longer than we all hoped but considering the circumstances the outcome was good. The entire transaction was handled by phone and she made everything fairly simple.
